Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms in full before registering with dbt. By using the service, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these terms.
1 Introduction and Scope
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between dbt and its users. By using the dbtbet.cam website and any associated mobile applications, software, or services, you agree to these Terms.
Along with reading these Terms, please also familiarise yourself with our Privacy Policy, as both documents together govern the full conditions of your use of the service.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using dbt's services.
2 Eligibility and Age Requirement
To use dbt's services, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino activities are not prohibited.
- If you are currently participating in or have previously participated in an addiction rehabilitation programme, please seek professional advice before using the service.
- Only one account registered in your name or operated by you is permitted.
Operating an account without age verification is against dbt's policy. Providing accurate identification documents during account verification is mandatory.
3 Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration Process
To open an account with dbt, you must provide accurate and complete information. If you register with incorrect or false information, dbt reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time. Your active mobile number and email address are required at the time of registration.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details completely confidential. You are advised not to share your password with anyone and to change it regularly. If you suspect that someone else is using your account, contact our support team immediately.
3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the balances in them may be forfeited. dbt's decision on this matter is final.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Deposit Methods
dbt currently accepts bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Please use the correct reference number when making a deposit; otherwise there may be a delay in verifying the transaction.
4.2 Withdrawal Process
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Once a withdrawal request is made, it is generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals will only be made to the mobile banking number used for the deposit or registered on the account.
4.3 Verification Requirements
Account verification may be required before a withdrawal. Additional verification may apply to large transactions in line with local mobile banking regulations. Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service, and Dutch-Bangla Bank's general terms also apply to transactions made through it.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000, and to withdraw the bonus amount a wager of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be completed.
5.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements
After receiving any bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Attempting to withdraw without meeting the wagering requirement may result in the bonus being cancelled.
5.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions
A bonus applies to one account only. Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household, device, or IP address is prohibited. Only one bonus may be claimed per mobile number previously used to deposit via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
6 VIP Programme and Cashback
dbt has three VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback applies at each level. A set percentage of weekly net losses is returned as cashback.
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
For example, if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. Progression through VIP levels depends on regular participation and activity. Cashback is a standard benefit — it is subject to normal wagering requirements before withdrawal.
7 Betting and Gaming Rules
7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
dbt reserves the right to cancel incorrectly set odds or game results arising from technical errors, human mistakes, or system issues. In such cases, the bet will be cancelled and the original stake returned.
7.2 Technical Failures
If any game or bet is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection or device shutdown, the final decision will be made based on the server record.
7.3 Cricket and Sports Betting
Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket tournaments. If an official cancellation is announced before a match begins, the relevant bets will be cancelled.
8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:
- Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud or unlawful means
- Placing bets using bots or automated software
- Operating an account using another person's identity
- Attempting to make risk-free profit by betting on the same market across multiple accounts (arbitrage)
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs
- Using this platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
9 Account Suspension and Closure
dbt reserves the sole right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
- Evidence of a breach of the Terms is found
- The user fails to cooperate with the account verification process
- Suspicious activity is identified on the account
- At the user's own request
If there is a valid balance remaining after account closure and no breach of terms has occurred, you may apply to have it returned through the designated process.

11 Responsible Gaming
dbt believes that gambling or betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to play within a set budget.

12 Intellectual Property and Content
All content published on dbtbet.cam — logos, graphics, text, software code, and design — is protected under the intellectual property rights of dbt or its licensed game providers. Content from Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and other game studios is protected under their respective intellectual property rights.
Copying, reproducing, or using any element of this site for commercial purposes without dbt's written permission is prohibited.
13 Limitation of Liability
dbt will not be held liable for any loss arising from:
- Bets or gaming decisions made at the user's own discretion
- Disruption to third-party services (mobile banking, internet service providers)
- Unavoidable technical issues or force majeure circumstances
dbt's total liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual deposit amount made by the relevant user in that month.
14 Changes to the Terms
dbt may amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the site, and for significant changes, registered users will be notified by email or SMS. Continuing to use the service after the updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
15 Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
If a dispute arises between dbt and a user, the first step will be an attempt to resolve it through discussion. Please contact our support team for this purpose.
The applicable law of dbt's operating jurisdiction will be followed in the drafting and interpretation of these Terms.
16 Severability of Terms
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be removed. The remaining terms will continue to be fully in effect.
17 Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy together form the entire agreement between dbt and the user. No oral or written promise outside of these documents will be considered valid.
